Welcome! I cannot tell you how excited I am that you are here. Prior to our start in March of 2019, I had been making cakes for a few years, and it had been a dream of mine over the course of that time to be able to create something that would allow me to share my love for cakes with others! I have been so blessed to see that truly come to fruition with the best customers, and the most fun cake adventures!
I mainly work from home for now, in order to fulfill my ultimate dream of raising a family, and am forever grateful that I live a life where both dreams can coexist.
We look forward to hearing from you, and being a part of making your occasions (from simple to extravagant) truly special!
Hello! I'm Marysa Wilcox. I am from Nampa, Idaho where I grew up most of my life. My husband, Kian, and I got married in September 2018, and it has been the most wonderful time being married to my best friend! I graduated with my Bachelor Degree in Marriage and Family in December 2019, and Kian graduated in December 2021 with his Bachelor Degree in Exercise Physiology. He is working toward his masters in Kinesiology, and is planning to go on to PA school, which means we definitely still have an adventure ahead of us, but we are looking forward to what that will bring!
In October of 2020, we found out we were expecting our first child, and were overjoyed! By the end of December 2020, however, we had lost that child, and our journey through miscarriage and partial molar pregnancy was a dark and difficult reality for us for the following 6+ months.
After lots of heartache and struggle, we learned we were expecting again in June of 2021, and in March of 2022, we welcomed our precious rainbow baby girl, Juniper, to our family. She is our greatest blessing and brings us so much joy, and we are forever grateful to have her here with us. We are now expecting our next addition, a baby boy, in July 2024, and are so excited for that next chapter!
When I'm not baking, I really love to sing and play the ukulele. Music has always had a special place in my heart, and was even part of the inspiration behind the name "Four Strings", which my husband brilliantly came up with. I also love to read, decorate and organize my home, do crafts, play board games, and write.
For anyone that wants to learn more about us, or my journey through miscarriage and motherhood, feel free to follow along on social media!
